On 31st August Central Meditation Group is holding a “Meditation Super Sunday: Expressing Our Humanity” event from 2 pm to 6 pm.
During the afternoon, we will have two periods of meditation (guided by an expert teacher), some teaching, lots of wide-ranging discussion, and a break with free tea and coffee.
The Group also holds meditation meetings on Wednesdays from 10 am until noon at the same venue.
