The M1 has reopened after a crash which left one person dead.
A person has died following a crash on the M1.
Nottinghamshire Police said it was investigating a crash between a lorry and another vehicle on the M1 northbound between J25 and J26.
The motorway reopened by 10pm on Wednesday evening. Drivers are reported long delays on the M1, A52 and A42, M42.
Police asked motorists to avoid the M1.
