A man in his 40s was assaulted in a layby on New Road, Ash Green.
Warwickshire Police is appealing for witnesses following an assault in Ash Green last Wednesday (11 August).
At around 3.30pm, a man in his 40s was assaulted in a layby on New Road.
The victim sustained facial injuries which required hospital treatment.
The suspect is described as a white man, aged in his early 40s, around 6 foot, with short dark hair. He had a short dark beard and was wearing a white top and dark bottoms. It’s reported he left the scene in a black vehicle in the direction of Keresley village.
