Aaron Smith was reported missing from the Rugby area on Saturday 20 March.
In a police statement his family said they are extremely concerned for his welfare and want, 'Aaron to know he is not in any trouble.'
They are appealing for Aaron to make contact so they can ensure he can return home safely.
Aaron is described as around 5ft 6ins to 5ft 7ins tall. He is described as having a broad build and so may be mistaken for being around 16-years-old. He is also described as having a pale complexion and he was last seen wearing grey Puma joggers, a black North Face coat and Adidas black and orange trainers.
