Police were called to a house in George Avenue on Tuesday.
Crews from East Midlands Ambulance service were also in attendance.
There were reports of a large police presence in the area and investigations are on going.
The death is currently unexplained but not being treated as suspicious.

A Leicestershire Police spokesperson said,
"Officers were called to a property in George Avenue, Ibstock, on Tuesday (6 July) following a report of a man being found dead inside.
"Police attended, along with East Midlands Ambulance Service. The death is being treated as unexplained at this time, but is not believed to be suspicious.
"Enquiries are continuing into the circumstances surrounding the death."
